My Promise to You Julia and Thomas wrote their own vows and spent a lot of time making sure they were exactly what they wanted to say to each other and in front of their loved ones. Just the Two of Us Julia and Thomas opted for a private first-look session and dinner together. “The first look and dinner were special because it was just the two of us,” Julia says. “We had those moments together where we weren’t worried about the day or the guests, just us together in the moment.”

Advice for brides “Budget for a planner,” Julia advises. “A planner will keep you sane and help you manage family and all the people involved with the big day.” Advice for grooms “Expect to be asked questions about things you don’t care about,” Thomas says.
